Alex Watkins Sarum Velo would like to congratulate you on your joint 15th Place in this seasons Wessex Cycle Cross League for me as club Secretary this is a great thing and I’m sure that other club members will agree for you to do what you have done in the first racing season you have competed in its just brilliant

with your after race blog which has been most appreciated and took the club website down one day with some many hits i thank you for getting us out there as a rider

We need more people like Alex

We have been very lucky this year as a club had two riders Both Named Alex who have got the clubs name out there with getting results in the local leagues alas we lost Alex Hart and wish him all the best in his new team.

we also have had a new Member join us colin dennis son Matt Black riding in his Sarum Velo colours went for glory in his first ever offload duathlon.

I Would as club sec like to try and see if we can get more riders racing competing in all aspects we have caroline who has been racing time trials and doing well as well.

we have also had Warren and andy who have also been racing on the road all your efforts are appreciated esp Andy and warren who have also been leading club rides when they can and also Ian.

and last but not least out local female world mtbo rider Emily Benham who has been outstanding in all the events she has entered frommfatbike to mtb to cx we would also like to wish her well in here new team with flashy bikes (I’m not jealous at all )

as a club members are important with out you the club will not exist so keep up the great efforts.
