Cosaveli’s Trois Etapes Pro-Am cycling events
Hi guys and gals been asked to if club riders would like to participate in Cosaveli’s Trois Etapes Pro-Am cycling events; tackling the legendary routes of cycling to raise awareness and funds for the NOMAN is an Island campaign. The routes are designed to allow for a range of skill, power and tactics so that amateurs of all levels can compete alongside pro riders with the full support of a world tour team.
I’ve attached a trailer which may whet the appetite!
2015’s events include:
- Cosaveli’s Trois Etapes Classics (Belgium): 17-19 April 2015
including sections from the Gent Wevelgem, Ronde Van Vlandeeren and Paris-Roubaix
- Cosaveli’s Trois Etapes Giro (Italy): 4-7 June 2015
taking on the Passos Falzarego, Giau, San Pellegrino, Pordoi, and Fedaia
- Cosaveli’s Trois Etapes Tour (France): 6-9 August 2015
featuring the Hautacam, Col d’Aubisque, Col du Soulor and Col du Tourmalet
Professionals who have previously taken part include: Carlos Sastre (Tour de France Winner 2008), Craig Lewis (Winner Stage 1 Giro d’Italia 2011), Chrissie Wellington (4 x World Ironman Champion), Emma Pooley (Olympic Silver Medalist, World Time Trial Champion 2010), Liam Holohan (Team Madison-Genesis) and Ian Field (UK Cyclocross Champion).
In addition to being the closest anyone can get to participating in a professional racing environment, these events are a fantastic opportunity to make new contacts, and discuss potential projects and collaborations in a dynamic sporting environment.
